Everytime I try to log into Club Penguin it’s saying it didn’t find the server. I downloaded the Flash Player and then it said;

“If you cannot connect to our server, a firewall on your network may be blocking your connection. Please ask your network administrator or ISP to open ports 3724, 6112, 6113, 9339 and 9875 (for TCP traffic, both Inbound and Outbound) which are used by Club Penguin. ”

What does this mean and what do I do to accomplish this?
